Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through 3XR Supply are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping Area

3XR Supply currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the order, delivery address, available shipping method, or promotional offer.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

3XR Supply is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement or your package appears delayed, contact the shipping carrier first for the latest delivery information.

You may also contact 3XR Supply with your name, order number, and tracking information so we can review the issue.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier is considered delivered. However, we will make a reasonable effort to help you investigate a missing delivery.

Damaged Packages

Inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and include:

• Your name

• Order number

• Description of the damage

• Clear photographs of the product and shipping package

Approved damaged items will be replaced according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Returned or Refused Packages

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package may require additional shipping charges before being sent again.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
